Pellegrina was born with an injury sustained in the womb. She was evidently twisted in the womb during her gestation. Her muscles and body had developed to accommodate this unusual twist, and upon being born, she was delivered from her "twisted environment" into a world in which she could become straight again.
With time, she has been overcoming her twisted beginnings, and is maturing into a beautiful young filly. On September 01, 2008, Dr. Jaromir Oulehla, former Director of the Spanish Riding School and Piber Stud Farm, evaluated her and awarded her a score of 83%. He predicts that she will not only be able to have a fulfilling and useful career as a broodmare, but likely will be rideable.
It is very important to us to find a loving, supportive home for Pelli. Therefore, price is negotiable to the right home.
